Development from Inside-Out
When you work with me, I will invite you to work ‘from Inside Out’. That means to take a step back, slow down in the complex world full of pressure and step into a reflective space. I will be your coach / supervisor supporting your development.
Clients appreciate the way I create the safe reflective space in a both structured and flexible way, to address your challenges and development needs, and to define actions to realise transformational change.
The coaching and supervision is in person, at my office in the Hague (the Netherlands), or virtual by Zoom or Teams. Sometimes we decide to go for a walking session. This can be both in person or remote.

Systemic
System awareness and systemic thinking enable you to see and understand the different perspectives and dynamics in the system you are in.
Holistic
‘With the body in mind’. With focus on the whole person: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
Psychodynamic
To help you understand unconscious patterns, intra-personal, inter-personal, team- and organisational dynamics.
Relational
We work In a co-created coaching/supervision relationship.
With on-going awareness of the here-and-now.

In the coaching and the supervision, I bring, when relevant, an additional lens: The cross cultural lens.

The Cross Cultural Lens
With my experience and expertise working with people from around the globe, as a leadership coach and cross cultural management trainer/consultant with a linguistic background, I have learned how important it is for people from different organisational, professional, educational or national cultural backgrounds to really connect with each other.
‘Speaking the same language is not enough!’
Truly understanding each other is not always easy, yet essential for international (leadership) teams, post-merger integrations and multifunctional teams to be successful! Creating commitment and obtaining accountability to deliver sustainable results starts with genuine trust and the capability to conduct constructive conversations across mindset boundaries. From experience I know that it requires courage from leaders and coaches/consultants, to try to understand, address and manage cross cultural dynamics.
In both the coaching and the supervision practice I offer you the Cross Cultural Lens to develop cultural (self-)awareness, for you and your clients. With this systemic lens you learn to take a step back to explore, understand similarities and manage the often-invisible, cultural dynamics that play out. Remember:
