Take a Step Back
My coaching and supervision clients, value the way I invite them to take a step back, slow down and step into a reflective space. A safe space where, in full confidentiality, you connect with your values, your drivers, your challenges and your own internal dynamics.
Maybe you discover that some internal narratives benefit from being updated in order to develop different perspectives and new behaviour. In my ‘Take a Step Back’ approach visualized here:

the black arrow stands for the process of development for transformational changes

the red arrows represent the complexity, the pressure and the stress you face, on the way to realise your goals, and the required changes

the grey arrows stands for the way you create the reflective space by taking a step back, slow down and counterbalance, conscious or unconscious pressure. That is where different perspectives and new opportunities are born
Inner work for outer impact. A way to develop growth and maturity from Inside-Out.
"I got better and deeper insights in some of my key drivers and the way I can effectively utilize these insights in my various engagements with senior company leadership. I have found better ways to enhance executive impact, through improved confidence and recognition of why, in the past, I tended to struggle with that. This has enhanced my leadership of the organization."
