I felt welcome and intellectually challenged on a part I would normally not explore; Nelke created a great atmosphere starting with reflecting on my life story; I am more reflecting on my behaviour now; taking process and relation into account. I am more vulnerable in my communication; I open up to others and contribute more. I am proud of the positive responses from peers in the leadership team I am in. My own team also observes that I have made a change in behaviour. The effect is a more open dialogue. Enabling us to address differences in the management team in a more cooperative way. My growth and transformation was enabled by the structured analyses of situations described by me, and the questions Nelke asked. This helped me to learn to see situations with a different perspective. Combined with very brought knowledge of relevant theory. This triggered my analytical and reflection muscle. The Hogan provided a wealth of insight. I do notice that I make different choices now as I weight things differently in my evaluation of situations. For me that indicates that she helped me transform some of my fundaments, which has a lasting impact. The result is more subtle than what I have been doing in the past, where I compensated some intrinsic behaviour by cognitive tools. Nelke’s style is open, analytical, connecting and stimulating change. She integrates all pieces of information to explore together topics for change. Nelke radiates enthusiasm for the coaching profession.
